Corporate Finance Modelling

Request a Course

Corporate Finance Modelling is a 2-day intensive skills development course for finance professionals. This course will teach you how to build and review financial models to support corporate debt proposals.

The course answers two key questions: how much should my organisation borrow and how much is it worth?

The course begins with an existing financial model including integrated financial statements, historic numbers and forecasts – and a financing solution that requires attention and further modelling.

Following the course instructor, you will model the particular aspects of providing new financing by building in complexity layer by layer. Detailed modelling will be accompanied by higher level discussion of the key issues, risks and lending decisions that must be made.

To get the maximum benefit from this course, we recommend that you first complete our Financial Statement Modelling course either in the classroom or online.

This course is currently offered in-house only - please contact us for further details of pricing and locations.
